| Abstract: | В статье рассматриваются прагматические функции, которые реализуются высказываниями мнения в информационных и аналитических жанрах медийного дискурса на английском и белорусском языках. Выявляются основные прагматические функции данных высказываний, их характерные языковые маркеры и частотность. Отмечаются особенности представления мнений на обоих языках в зависимости от его характерных языковых единиц. |
| Description: | Kozlova V. V. Pragmatic Functions of Opinions in the Informational and Analytical Genres of the Media Discourse. The article considers pragmatic functions performed by the opinions expressed in the informational and analytical genres of the media discourse in English and Belarussian. The article also studies the main pragmatical functions of opinions, their frequency and most recurrent linguistic markers. The author points out some techniques to present an opinion in both languages in accordance with the most frequent linguistic markers. |
