| Abstract: | В статье рассматриваются особенности устного перевода международной пресс-конференции, определяется специфика перевода каждого из этапов данного вида международного общения. В работе выделены трудности, с которыми сталкивается переводчик в процессе своей работы. В статье рассмотрены особенности подготовки к устному переводу на мероприятиях такого формата. Анализ перевода проведен на основе фрагмента ежегодной пресс-конференции Владимира Владимировича Путина 2018 года. Данный фрагмент включает ответ президента Российской Федерации на вопрос американской журналистки о заявлениях Дональда Трампа касательно вывода войск из Сирии и победы США над террористической организацией ИГИЛ. Также предложен собственный перевод вызывающих особый переводческий интерес фрагментов международного общения. | Description: | Ratkevich, K. D. The article deals with the peculiarities of interpreting an international press conference, determines the specifics of translation of each of the stages of this type of international communication. The paper highlights the difficulties faced by the translator in the process of his work. The article considers the peculiarities of preparation for interpreting at events of this format. The translation is analyzed on the basis of a fragment of Vladimir Putin's annual press conference in 2018. This fragment includes the response of the President of the Russian Federation to the question of an American journalist about Donald Trump's statements regarding the withdrawal of troops from Syria and the US victory over the terrorist organization ISIS. The authors also offer their own translations of fragments of international communication that are of particular translation interest.
