| Abstract: | В данной статье представлено исследование литературного жанра психологического триллера, выявляющее его комплексность и взаимосвязь с детективным и готическим жанрами. Подчеркивается, что акцент на внутреннем мире персонажей, создание атмосферы тайны и неопределенности придают психологическому триллеру специфические черты и формируют его жанровые доминанты. В статье также представлен краткий обзор эволюции романа-триллера с XIX в. до наших дней, отражающий изменения в его жанровой природе и трансформацию в психологический триллер на современном этапе. | Description: | Kazantsava K., Ragachewskaya M. The Psychological Thriller: Evolution and Genre Dominants. This article presents a study of the literary genre of the psychological thriller, revealing its complexity and relation to the detective and gothic genres. It discusses the fact that the emphasis on the inner world of the characters and the creation of an atmosphere of mystery and uncertainty give the psychological thriller new features and form its genre dominants. The article also provides a brief overview of the evolution of the thriller novel from the 19th century to the present day, reflecting changes in its genre structure and transformation into a psychological thriller at the present stage. Key words: psychological thriller; suspense; detective genre; the gothic; evolution; genre dominants. |
