| Description: | Kislitsyna A. N. “The Courage of the Heart Does Not Wane...”: The Problem of Aesthetic Renewal in the Work of Mikhaś Straĺtsou. The article is dedicated to the genre diversity and peculiarities of the author’s style of one of the most famous Belarusian writers of the twentieth century, M. Straĺtsou. It examines in detail the reasons for turning to poetry when he was a mature man. The main motifs of his work are investigated and his role in the creation of the national literary pantheon is evaluated. Key words: Straĺtsou; poetry; prose; essay; literary criticism; genre of literature; national idea; philological generation. |
