| Abstract: | В статье анализируются грамматические способы выражения эмоций в медиадискурсе интервью на английском и белорусском языках. Автор выделяет круг грамматических средств морфологического и синтаксического уровней, участвующих в вербализации эмоциональных состояний говорящих. Спектр эмоций, передаваемых в интервью, включает как положительные, так и негативные оттенки. | Description: | Dinkevich A. Grammatical Means of Expressing Emotiveness in English and Belarusian Interviews. The research focuses on the grammatical means of expressing emotiveness in English and Belarusian interviews. The article describes morphological and syntactic linguistic units employed for showing the speaker’s emotional state. The analysis of the interviews demonstrates that morphological units of expressing emotions in English include Continuous Tense forms and the emphatic do, while in Belarusian, the transpositioned forms of the Present Tense and diminutive elements are used. The syntactical means of expressing emotions in both languages include repetitions, parceled syntactic structures, rhetorical questions, exclamatory sentences.
