| Abstract: | В статье анализируется процесс лексикализации имен собственных знаменитых и известных исторических личностей. Установлено, что преобладание когнитивной составляющей в значении исторических имен, как правило, имеет следствием образование неодушевленных нарицательных лексем, обозначающих конкретные объекты или предметы реальной действительности. |
| Description: | Kruchkova А. Ye. The Conversion of the Historical Proper Name of a Person to a Common Name. The main goal of the article is to determinate the common nouns categories derived from the culturally significant historical proper names. The analysis found out that the dominance of the cognitive component in the meaning of the initial proper name results in the formation of the inanimate concrete nouns. |
