| Abstract: | В работе рассматривается реализация разнообразных типов авторского самовыражения в романе Эриха Марии Ремарка «Три товарища». Было установлено, что в романе проявляются поведенческая (образы главных героев), когнитивная (мировоззрение героев) и оценочная (афоризмы романа) составляющие Я-концепции. Таким образом Ремарк достиг эффекта авторского присутствия в тексте через отсылки к реальным историческим фактам, изображение ролей и статусов персонажей и оценку происходящего в произведении. |
| Description: | Javid A. A. Realisation of “Self-Concept” in the Novel “Three Comrades” by Erich Maria Remarque. This work considers how different types of author's self-expression realise in Remarque’s novel “Three Comrades”. It was found that three components of “self-concept” appear in the novel: behavioural (the main characters’ images), cognitive (heroes’ worldview) and estimated (aphorisms in the novel). Thus, the author of the novel has created the effect of his own presence in the text by reference to the actual historical data, the image of roles, the statuses of the characters and the assessment of what is happening in the work. |
