| dc.description | Misiuro A. Y. Employer claims in Belarusian employment discourse (on the material of job advertisements). The article is devoted to the consideration of the claims made by the employer when searching for a candidate for a vacancy. Job advertisements are viewed as part of the employment discourse. The content components of the claims are analyzed, the dominant characteristics are highlighted. It is established that the claim TO BE is represented by the presentation of the employing company and the description of the vacancy, the claim TO HAVE is represented by the requirements for the applicant. | dc.description.abstract | Статья посвящена рассмотрению притязаний, предъявляемых работодателем при поиске кандидата на вакансию. Тексты объявлений о приеме на работу рассматриваются в качестве элемента дискурса трудоустройства. Анализируются содержательные компоненты притязаний, выделяются доминирующие характеристики. Установлено, что притязание БЫТЬ представлено презентацией компании-работодателя и описанием вакансии, притязание ИМЕТЬ – требованиями к соискателю.
